Leave Your Bags at Home!

If you must bring a bag, follow the policy outlined below. There will be no storage for bags that do not comply.

  • Backpacks and bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC
  • Small bags, fanny-packs, purses up to 6” x 8” x 3” (do not have to be clear)
  • Empty dedicated hydration packs with a bladder capacity of under 2.5L/150 in. and no more than one additional pocket.
  • Standard size backpacks with hydration bladders will not be permitted.

TICKET TRANSFERS PROHIBITED

Ticket Transfers will NOT be available for this event. If you can no longer attend the event and need to sell a ticket you purchased through Ticketmaster you may use the Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange feature. 

Tickets CANNOT be transferred outside of the Face Value Exchange. 

As tickets cannot be transferred, the original purchaser from Ticketmaster will need to be in attendance to access the tickets in their Ticketmaster account and gain entry to the event. Tickets bought on any other 3rd party platform besides Ticketmaster (Stubhub, Vivid Seats, etc.) cannot be verified. We recommend downloading and saving your tickets to your wallet in advance. 

Please arrive with your entire group; the ticket account holder must present each person’s ticket at the time of entry.

There is NO re-entry. Once you scan in you cannot meet someone at the gate to scan in their ticket.

MUNI Metro 

Exit at Van Ness or Civic Center Station.

RIDE SHARE

All ride share vehicles should be directed to the dedicated Pickup/Dropoff zone at Hyde St. between Market St. and Fulton St.

PARK SMART

Remember – If you love it, don’t leave it! If you are driving to Civic Center Plaza, we encourage you to Park Smart and take all of your valuables with you. Don’t tempt a car thief by leaving any valuable items visible in your car. For more info, click here

EVENT INFORMATION

ENTRANCE

The best way to access the concert entrance is through UN Plaza on Market St. between 7th and 8th Street. 

ADA

There is an ADA accessible entrance located on Grove St. between Hyde St. and Larkin St. Look for a guest services representative at the gate to assist with entry.


There is an ADA viewing platform inside the event grounds. Check out the patron map to see where it is located. A guest service representative will help you to the platform. 

BOX OFFICE

Head to the Box Office for any ticket issues. It will open at 4:00pm on Saturday and is located at Fulton St. near the corner of Fulton St. and Hyde St. in front of the Library. Look for the big orange flag. 

CASHLESS

This event is cashless. We accept all cards but no cash.

GENERAL INFORMATION

SAFETY

Event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement will be located throughout the site for the duration of the event to create a safe and secure environment for all attendees. If you have an EMERGENCY, find a staff member with a radio or go to the medical tent or entrance gate for assistance. Be ready to convey the nature and details of the incident. 

MEDICAL

Rock Medicine will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. Rock Medicine has been providing free medical care at concerts and festivals since 1973. Head to the medical tent or look for a festival staff member if you need assistance.

LOST and FOUND

If you lose something during the concert head to the info booth located next to the medical tent. After the concert, contact the Bill Graham Civic Audtiorium’s Lost and Found to see if your item was located.
