Fauxes

Fauxes may have started as a one-off, garage rock project for a basement show but has grown into an exploration of the decades-long tradition of underground, psychedelic rock in San Francisco. Fauxes’ entrancing vocals, expansive instrumentation, and relentless rhythm create a sound that captures the hypnotism of classic psychedelia and the frenzied excess of modern psych rock. Since venues have reopened in 2021, they have made a name for themselves touring up and down the West Coast and Mexico, opening for national and international touring acts including Destroy Boys, Death Valley Girls, Blackwater Holylight, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, and Margaritas Podridas.
