As part of the Grand Reopening of the legendary Castro Theatre, Peaches Christ Productions is thrilled to announce the triumphant return of a San Francisco institution: SHOWGIRLS!

On April 2, 2026, Peaches Christ struts back to her old stomping grounds for the first Showgirls extravaganza since 2017, reigniting the iconic event that began in 1998 at Midnight Mass and ran for 20 glittering years. But this time, she’s bringing a very special guest: GINA GERSHON- the one and only Cristal Connors, live and in person!

And this celebration isn’t just about Showgirls. Peaches will honor Gina as the true queer-cult icon she is, paying tribute to the fierce, seductive, scene-stealing performances that cemented her legacy, from the groundbreaking lesbian noir of BOUND, to the delicious insanity of Killer Joe, to the big-budget operatic horror of Face/Off, and her entire filmography of dangerous charm, wicked wit, and cinematic dominance. Expect an evening of camp celebration and queer worship as Peaches venerates this goddess of sin and stardust with performances, volcanic glamour, and, of course, “FREE lap dances with every large popcorn.”
