A note from Death Cab for Cutie:
To our friends in Reno and Napa,
Despite taking every possible precaution, having a band and crew that’s 100% vaccinated, and following strict covid protocols on this tour, we’ve had a confirmed positive case within our touring group. Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of ourselves and our fans, we’ve made a difficult decision for the final two shows of this run: our show in Reno tonight is canceled with refunds at point of purchase and our Napa show is getting postponed to 10/23. All tickets purchased for Napa will be honored for the rescheduled show and our friends illuminati hotties will still be opening – refunds available at point of purchase if you’re unable to attend the new date.
Between this and the cancelation of the Bend show due to hazardous smoke conditions, this is a tough pill for us to swallow. And yet, the joy of finally playing music again has reminded us of how much we love doing this job and how grateful we are to be able to do it.
To all our fans who spent their time and money and went through the extra hoops to attend these shows safely, and to our amazing, dedicated crew who worked so hard to make this tour happen against the odds, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We *will* get through this thing and we will see you again soon.
Love,
Death Cab for Cutie

Death Cab for Cutie is an American alternative rock band formed in Bellingham, Washington in 1997. The band is composed of Ben Gibbard, Nick Harmer, Jason McGerr, Dave Depper, and Zac Rae. Death Cab for Cutie rose from being a side project to becoming one of the most exciting groups to emerge from the indie rock scene of the ’00s. They have been nominated for eight Grammy Awards. The band’s tenth studio album ‘Asphalt Meadows’ will be out on 9/16/22 and their new song “Roman Candles” is out now.“
For a band in its third decade… Death Cab hasn’t lost its gift for pairing Gibbard’s soft ruminations with propulsive arrangements that know just when to sparkle and sway. But even more importantly, Gibbard himself still sings with a sense of purpose, keenly articulating a distinct swirl of nostalgia, loss and hope for new beginnings.” —NPR Music
After years of uncertainty including label disputes, unpaid royalties and a surprise (and successful) album drop, And she is ready to make some noise. Her new album Let Me Do One More is three years in the making and Tudzin’s most defiant and accomplished record to date. Let Me Do One More is out now via Snack Shack Tracks (in partnership with Hopeless Records.)
With the album shaping up, Sarah knew that she didn’t want to sign a traditional label deal anymore. After all the work to get herself back creatively, she wanted to maintain as much autonomy and creative control as possible. She started an imprint label, Snack Shack Tracks, and partnered with Los Angeles-based, independent label, Hopeless Records. Together, they’ve released Let Me Do One More to even more critical-acclaim from The New York Times, Pitchfork, Billboard, Rolling Stone, and American Songwriter to name a few.
While FREE I.H. felt like an experimental conduit for self-expression at breakneck speed, Let Me Do One More is the fully-realized creative vision of two years of ambition, heartache, uncertainty, redemption, and ultimately triumph. Sarah reflects, “I love these songs and they’re a part of me and I’m proud of them.”
This IS the one you’ve been waiting for.
