About

The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is located in the heart of Civic Center Plaza and hosts the biggest concerts and events in San Francisco. The 8,500 capacity multi-purpose arena is the largest indoor concert space in the city. Another Planet Entertainment has operated the venue since 2010.

Ticket Info

Tickets for all Bill Graham Civic shows are available through www.apeconcerts.com and Ticketmaster.com.

Tickets for all Another Planet Entertainment shows (with the exception of shows at the Independent) can also be purchased without service fees in person at the Fox Theater Box Office which is open from noon until 7:00pm every Friday (with the exception of some holidays). Please note that presale tickets are only available online.

We do not have regular box office hours at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium but we are open for service charge free sales 2 hours before show time on all show nights.

ADA Seating

Accessible Seating is available for all shows at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The auditorium has wheelchair accessible seating on all levels that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. To purchase ADA tickets, click on “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the Ticketmaster event page and enter the type and number of accessible tickets needed.

If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison or an usher at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.

Notes

** Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. Another Planet Entertainment has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased anywhere other than our official ticketing pages:
www.apeconcerts.com
www.ticketmaster.com

Seating Maps

Seating varies from show to show. Check event info on our website to determine whether the date you’re attending is general admission or reserved seating. If a show is general admission, the standing room floor and seated balcony are both open and available first come, first serve.
